NTS has made method for dealing with queries by FAX only, which is outdated and not in access of everyone as FAX system is outdated now and fax machines are not easily available in cities as well. I suggest NTS to allow dealing with queries by Email/TCS and complaint through helpline as many a organisations are dealing queries by helpline and email/DAK as well.


NTS has been earning too much, so they should make Helpline system more effective. It is not up the mark in comparison to other organisations in service sector, it makes us to wait for linger time and then disconnects automatically twice or thrice and by dialing again and waiting a lot, it gives chance to talk with the representative. So Sad ...
